All jokes aside. I have never feared Trump to be honest. Brett Kavanaugh is the true devil in disguise. When DACA makes it to SCOTUS I fear that our chances are slim.

As people will point out, this will give us more time lol.

However, TPS people should be given a fair evaluation. TPS children should be allowed to stay based on the fact that they grew up here. However, adult TPS holders who do not face dangers back home, they should not get a free pass.

However there should be a fair system to allow those with TPS who face danger to be able to apply for asylum. Seems impossible for me to think that you have been here 20 years legally and you have not be able to adjust.

Maybe I am ignorant of the situation so if anyone can explain to me this.

I worked with an Honduran lady (TPS) who got married and filed for green card and was denied. Then she started the process of applying based on her older son. She is EWI and after 20 years of living here I don't think people can just be thrown out so easily while on the program. The same can be said about us and how we "didn't apply for citizenship". It's a sticky situation.

Well her situation is different, she is EWI.

I didn't think that was very common. She is just like illegal but got tps once she was already here. That is kind of tough .
By that reasoning my parents should get to as well

Around the time she got it her country was hit by a hurricane but she was coming over to make money. Most of them didn't have plane tickets to come in legally. That costs money and an application fee.
What's done is done it's like a DACA for adults and children at the time.

It's all shoulda, coulda, woulda, just like I wish I was born here but I wasn't dealt those cards so it's cool. Can't change it.
