This is good news, obvious takeaway is The Judge ruled against Trump's request to end the DACA program. Of course We need a more permanent fix, but better to limp by with this for now.

Why not?

The Supreme Court didn’t take the case because it had to be first heard by us appeals. Now it will go sooner than expected. Usually a case like this takes 2 years in appeals. Daca will end sooner now.
