It's because they both come from different socio-economic backgrounds. Most Asian dreamers come from educated families who could afford to get a visa and fly to the USA, but couldn't obtain permanent residence.

In contrast, many Central American and Mexican Dreamers come from poor rural areas of their countries with poor education and just sraight up crossed the border.
