The only thing they have done is use us for elections. So now its the end game, they might as well pass this and open up some trust and bipartisanship towards broader immigration reform.
BA opens the door for NEVER.

Yes but democrats sticking to open govt and then we negotiate wont work. As soon as govt opens up, democrats and republicans will stop negotiations and move on to other things with democrats hoping to use immigration in 2020 as a election topic.
We cant get permanent solution during trump's presidency. Either this or we get nothing till 2020. Then democrats take over presidency hypothetically and democrats wud cry that they dont have senate or something -__- the cycle continues

Trump came at us offering a penny in exchange for a Dollar.

Trump you have failed to meet me under the sink to negotiate a tremendous deal.

Democrats will most likely reject this proposal and shutdown will continue. In the end we will get nothing out of it bcuz democrats were willing to give 1 billion border security funding for the spending bill with no daca protections. So beggers cant be choosers, this proposal would be the best option right now. There is no way trump or republicans will take permament dreamer solution with 5.7 billion wall and spending bill -___-

Democrats cant act interested in DACA people or they screw the pooch. They have to remain solid about getting us somewhere permanent, but also they have to tie that message with security for the border.
