JUST IN: Texas AG Ken Paxton asks federal judge to declare DACA illegal and stop feds - Page 2

Trump rescinded DACA, gives congress 6 months. Congress comes up no solution in those 6 months. He sues. 2 federal circuit court says DACA can renew with an injunction. In his circuit however, the judge says DACA was not constitutional but did not issue an injunction to stop DACA renewals. I believe the judge said "You can't unscramble an egg" or something along those lines. Paxton now wants a judge to go further and issue an injunction that stops DACA renewals.

Yea he is the same guy. He did say for the meantime and now he is back to fulfill to stop daca renewals.

Just be aware: if Paxton fails and we get a Democratic President who brings back DACA after 2020, these attempts will still continue to happen, and this issue of constitutionality would likely go to SCOTUS if it courts take up the issue.

Congress really needs to fucking fix this issue.
