Yeah card being in production means that it's been approved.

Quick question, how long did the entire process take after you submitted the aos application?

my whole case overall took 2.5yrs... i had a deportation proceedings and they had to terminate that first. once its terminated, aos was less than a yr....

$900 for medical? I paid $150.

You had removal proceedings since when and why? Did you go to your court hearing and how did you resolve it?

You can call USCIS and let them know about the status on I-130. Did you get the 10 year GC?

i also expect I-130 to change once i get my GC... kinda like DACA.. 821D gets closed last.... after EAD was received (at least for mine was like that)

since 2006 lol, very long story, been in and out of immigration court since 2006 pretty much, my lawyer pretty much extended my stay till DACA came out. and now, GC...



i just got the "card production" status today, so no i have not gotten the card, I do expect a 10yr GC tho since we've been married for 3yrs, but i could careless what they give me, a GC is a GC... lol

That’s a lot of new vaccinations you had to do. Ouch. They are covered under health insurance if you had it.
You could be a USC in 3 years. My interview is next Monday.

yeahhh i know. even d dr warned me.. “if u dnt have an updated vaccination records and dnt have insurance, it sill be pricey” ....good luck on ur interview next monday... we (my wife and i) wer nervous for no reason.. both of our interview was more like a conversation than an interview.
