Judge Andrew Hanen, who has already signaled that he’s ready to kill #DACA, sets a July 8 hearing to pretty much project how he’ll rule.

The program will stay in place in the meantime, as one appeal has been stuck for months in the Supreme Court and others are heading there.

Presumably, that July hearing date was set based on the idea that maybe the Supreme Court will have acted on the 3 pending DACA-related appeals by the end of its term
