Ah, so looks like this place hasn't changed one bit. Dream Act can't pass b/c of the GOP and Trump, but sure. Let's shit on the Democrats so that they bleed seats in 2020. That'll show them! ��

In 2010 it passed with 8 republicans voting yes in the house. Not to mention that at the time 38 house democrats voted no.

I still think they should shove it into the budget bill but the next standoff on that won't be until October.
