I wish we wouldn’t have to worry about these things. I was constantly checking my news feeds for any possibles Supreme Court hearings on daca

This is our best possible outcome " The court could also refuse to hear the appeals or simply take no action, which would leave the lower court rulings in place and let the program remain in effect. "

I don't think they'll take it, if they wanted to they'd do it already especially considering how hard Trump has been pushing for their review.

The best bet would be they take the case keeping the injunction in place to temporarily allow renewals until the ruling is made next term.

If SCOTUS does not take the case, Trump, Miller, and Hanen would probably not stand idly and just allow DACA to continue.

The worst would be they take the case and remove the injunction cancelling all future and pending renewals.

People act like Hanen has a magic rule and holds the last decision when it comes to DACA.

Geez people educate yourselves, yes his decision can factor in but it won’t be the last and final until the Supreme Court says so.

Why do you think they’re pushing the Supreme Court to act quickly? I don’t see them pushing Hanen to act quickly do we? Because Hanen’s decision could not impact DACA considering 3 other courts have already said DACA can stay.

It’s all in the Supreme Courts hands now, NOT HANENS!
