Honey, please. No one calls you that because you call for a solution or compromise. They call you that because you always bend over for Trump. Case in point:

Trump selected, gave power to, and keeps Miller. But, but hey... he's got Kushner too. That evens things out and makes Trump alright. Amirite? *derpface*

LOL

2Face protocol:
Get cornered with reason and logic: tells person they don't pay his bills and taxes and that he can think whatever he wants.
He's an intellectual, goddammit!

did you read the SCOTUS Case brief?

Basically, if SCOTUS rules in Trump favor.. DACA dies and future Presidents can't bring it back or make something similar like it.

Trump didnt have to bring it up to SCOTUS.. he couldve just ended DACA properly but he managed to fuck Dreamers up even when he's dead and gone.

Trump knows congress won’t pass anything to help dreamers. Why didn’t he helped us when he actually had the chance ( many times )?

Everything trump propose was worse than not having daca at all. No pathway to citizenship, stricter anti immigration laws. Heck, all Republicans solutions were so bad they couldn’t even agree on one to pass.

“Daca needs to die so a DA can pass” logic is really really dumb. How hard would it be to keep daca alive and pass a DA solution and slowly transition DACers into it?

“Daca eligible applicants complete just section C”
Section: “A number and date of last daca approvall”

In your daca hatin, trump/Miller world you and bingo can’t see this?

The outcome of this case would even barred trump from doing his own version of daca. That’s how sympathy he has for us that he had to stopped himself from helping us

So the SC votes on the case tomorrow right? Can their votes be changed after tomorrow?

This is all I could find out when Supreme Court votes after oral arguments. Based on this it should have been during Wed Conference, if the vote didn't happen then it would be during the Friday Conference:

Quote:
Conference

When oral arguments are concluded, the Justices have to decide the case. They do so at what is known as the Justices' Conference. Two Conferences are held per week when Court is in session, on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. The Justices vote on cases heard on Mondays and Tuesdays of a given week at their Wednesday afternoon Conference. The Justices vote on cases heard on Wednesday at their Friday afternoon Conference. When Court is not in session, usually only a Friday Conference is held.

Quote:
Opinions

All opinions of the Court are, typically, handed down by the last day of the Court's term (the day in late June/early July when the Court recesses for the summer). With the exception of this deadline, there are no rules concerning when decisions must be released. Typically, decisions that are unanimous are released sooner than those that have concurring and dissenting opinions. While some unanimous decisions are handed down as early as December, some controversial opinions, even if heard in October, may not be handed down until the last day of the term.

A majority of Justices must agree to all of the contents of the Court's opinion before it is publicly delivered. Justices do this by "signing onto" the opinion. The Justice in charge of writing the opinion must be careful to take into consideration the comments and concerns of the others who voted in the majority. If this does not happen, there may not be enough Justices to maintain the majority. On rare occasions in close cases, a dissenting opinion later becomes the majority opinion because one or more Justices switch their votes after reading the drafts of the majority and dissenting opinions. No opinion is considered the official opinion of the Court until it is delivered in open Court (or at least made available to the public).

You're so freaking narrow-minded. Has it ever crossed your mind that you can be for sensible DACA relief, but not for Trump? Open your eyes. Nothing good has nor will come from the Trump admin or the current backwards Republicans in power that want to fuck us over.
You're just like Trump still hung up on Hillary and Obama.

Do you have any magic wand to put in another administration ? Don’t tell me you expect Kamala Harris to win and get it done “within first 100 days.” If she does you will have your chance you can root and push her to pass something and I’ll support that too. Sry I want something right fucking now, I don’t want to wait until “2020”, which btw Trump has a very good chance of winning. Like seriously open your damn eyes.
