They cannot do away with H1b for many obvious reasons... one of them is that it is LEGAL immigration. Yes, lets trade legal immigration for illegal! SMH

They can and should certainly make H1b process a million times harder than it is. People come over with fake and padded resumes and get high paying IT jobs. I am Indian and know all too well how it works.

So yes, Dems should offer something in return - DACA for stricter H1B and doing away with diversity visa completely... but dems aren't going to so back to square 1.
