We had a black president for 8 years, there are many successful black people in the USA through hard work and determination because in America you can make it here, we all go through life with our own struggles. Our families immigrated here because everyone has an equal opportunity in this country.

Look at the Jews of the world, especially in the USA. They have been persecuted since biblical times, and guess what? they are by far the most affluent and well off group of "oppressed" people. They flourished because they have a history of literacy and making their young read the Torah, which means that makes them more likely to be able to move up in college and higher ed or just to start a business.

The US Supreme Court decided same-sex marriage legal and ever since the GOP has kind of moved on.

Democrats are always looking for the next group they need to "protect" with some government benefit program that won't be successful and will only cost more money.

I used to be a Socialist. Then I became disillusioned with its ideology and its anti capitalist militant message.

Now I can see the biases of Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and the rest "opinion" shows, not real news, if there are any left these days.

It's a sad time for American politics when we have to choose between Leftist/Socialists candidates and Trump like candidates.

In this case, I'd take Trump. Yeah he got dozens scandals, but if the economy is doing great, no one will care what the CNNs of the world say.

People have just tuned out the mainstream media for their hipocrisy and biased coverage during the Trump admistration.

Lets remember that the media was RIDICULING and BASHING people for simply being out on the beach or trying to run a business during the shutdowns over COVID-19.

NOW, they celebrate the protestors and the fact that they will cause more infections.

I mean, this is just INSANE! Let the looters and anti-police Leftist assemble but God forbid if people want to make a living cause they got bills to pay.

Im glad there are plenty of DREAMers that use their new found prosperity to realize that the world isn't black and white, poor against rich, women against men. Its the Left that continues to undermine the rule of law.

As much as we wanna ignore it, the crisis at the border right now is in part due to the fact that people in other countries KNOW that if you bring children with you, you somehow will be allowed in.

I curse my native country for not having the opportunities we have here, and I curse the dysfunctional immigration system of the USA for not prioritizing knowledge, skill over family ties.

Its 2020. Countries need to start attracting talented immigrants that can produce wealth, not just get their kids on food stamps and the cycle of poverty goes on and on and on!
