I would be against that because if we start there, what’s to say trump won’t go further than just convicted drunk drivers?

1) people with removal orders
2) people above 30 - trumps keep saying we ain’t kids no more
3) people with out a degree
4) people not making a certain amount a year
5) people with traffic tickets
6) people WITH APs

Original Obama daca already is strict and narrow, so how much more narrow can it
Be in miller’s and bunkers boys eyes?

Why are you defending convicted DUI felons who have killed motorists? They are giving a bad rep to the rest of us normal Dreamers.

Becareful there, Felony conviction can’t get DACA since 2012, no?

Not all DUI are felons, in fact most are not felons, some are dismissed, some got lower convictions, even when convicted, they are misdeaminors. Only when somebody is killed could result in felony conviction, and that was a already no no in the original DACA. These are very stupid decisions people make, but to categoried all DUI as felons, that is simply biased oriented.

But this guy wants blanket pardon of every single one of them, including those who have killed others. Its unfair. It gives a bad reputation to us normal Dreamers who have no records. Certainly those who get into accidents and cause damage to others are very bad ones and deserve to be penalized bad.

If Trump gives another version of DACA that gives temporary, renewable protection (which is all he can do), all I can say is so much for all that shit talking from him, most Republicans, and other Dreamers saying DACA is illegal. Lol

These fuckers just target DACA for political reasons.

They may say they are only gonna let Dreamers in science, tech, and research fields stay and give them benefits and everyone else, including those with a DUI on their record, has to GTFO. That means accountants like you would not be a "normal Dreamer" any more since the line is changed and you didn't make the cut.

Why give leverage to an administration who would love to ride the slippery slope and exclude as many Dreamers as possible to push their agenda?

By normal dreamer, I meant someone who is not DUI killer/criminal.

There is no indication thus far that there will be any sort of discrimination in terms of what the person has studied (I wouldn't support that. To me everyone who meets criteria of DACA is good, as long as they are not criminals. And I am in support of the non-criminal aged out Dreamers as well). I'm unwilling to accept anything until the actual order comes out, I think we're just speculating.
