I hope he kills daca. Dead daca would help the dream act go through more quickly for a permanent solution.

There aren't 50 votes to kill the filibuster.

Get real

I think DACA fix needs a chance in the Senate.

Bring back Collins-Round!

That will pass. Maybe 60/61? Barely

But it's up to Senate Dems to find middle ground and not give in to Pelosi.

Whatever Marco Rubio will support passes.

I think we got

- Mitt Romney (UT)
-Lindsay Graham (SC)
-Liss Murkowksi (AK)
-John Corny (TX)
-Susan Collins (ME)
-Tom Tillis (NC)
-Mike Rounds (SD)
-Marco Rubio (FL)
-James Lankford

So technically we are shy 2-3 votes IF all Dems vote yay (Manchin and Sinema could defect 🤷🏻*♂️)

So yeah Dems need to let Durbin talk to Graham and get the temperature of the GOP for any proposal.

Its a deal that Manchin should be able to support we well as someone like Lankford or a Mike Rounds

Its always the details of the legislative text that determines the outcome

Of course the Senate should have amendments to any bill so all sides gets to see which version is the most bipartisan.

This could be the one and only thing Biden could get passed IF he uses his knowledge of the Senate.

The house would most like just rubber-stamp it and boom.

But we got DACA for another 4 years so I think we are not in danger even if that fails...unless Texas sues....🤷🏻*♂️🤣
