And you all really don’t realize AZ isn’t as blue as you think it is.
There is something you fail to understand: we have all waited for years, and we keep getting played with or ignored. The activists behaved the way they did because of desperation and being played with. You just can’t sit back and have these fuckers bullshit you into thinking that there is nothing they can do and that Sinema cares when she obviously doesn’t. This is what fighting for socioeconomic justice is about, but Schumer doesn’t get it because he is a pussy.

We're all desperate. There is no excuse for following anyone into the bathroom on camera, I don't give a fuck who it is. None.

I'm glad the activist isn't "sitting back," but people have to understand how Republicans frame this: LOOK! AN ILLEGAL HARASSING A LAWMAKER FOR CITIZENSHIP IN THE BATHROOM! REEEEE.

It did not benefit us, no matter how anyone spins it.

Eh...people who care were always anti-immigrant and if you are using this small one time action by a small group of people as an excuse to suddenly go against DACA/Immigration legislation then you were never really for it. I think the damage, if any, is minimal.

That's the point, we don't have room for damage. We're trying to pressure them into supporting us in the bill and the bill itself, not into further being bitter/angry/spiteful about what happened and voting with that in their minds.

Regardless, it's stupid to attack her in a bathroom. It's also moot to go after Drunkmena in regards to DACA when the Parliamentarian is sitting somewhere eating Jell-O.

For the record, fuck Sinema too.

This type of mentality has gotten us nowhere. We are not going to sit here and be sympathetic to these DO NOTHING politicians who have used us as political pawns. The time for action is NOW.

With that being said, no matter how outstanding we are. We are NEVER going to get the validation people are looking for from the Republican Party, so why even try? They are still going to make us look bad no matter what we do.

You must have glossed over this:

Quote:
On a plane, airport, thrift shop, lesbian bar, Wigs R Us shop, sure... but the bathroom was a bit much.
No one said they shouldn't approach her to demand some answers or sit around idle. I'm saying don't follow her to change her tampon and expect her to walk out holding a DREAMERS 4 LYFE sign.

And while I agree with the "who gives a fuck what Republicans think of us" mentality, the truth is: Democrats in charge do.. hence the tip-toeing around everything.

Where's THEIR action NOW?

Those were women in a bathroom yelling their positions. They weren’t jumping inside her bathroom stahl.

I actually love that they did that. She lied to people about fighting for progressive agenda. This is what she gets. She had it coming
