insane people think this way, its unreal.

this is the WORST outcome it could happen for DACA, Democrats are useless for immigration, at least with Trump, he could of forced negotiation out of this and force congress, now we are beyond fked. Democrats with their legalization for all or nothing bullsht will get us nothing.

but hey we dont got the mean tweets from orange man telling us not to worry under him anymore.

all we can do i renew as close as possible to the elimination, wait and hope for Trump to come back to compromise and give him the wall.

just heard Pence want to run for president, if DeSantis or Pence wins we are beyond done.

Stop with the false titles and fear mongering. No court has ruled to rescind issued work permits. If anything, Hanen wants to stop new applicants but continue allowing renewals given the circumstance...

so telling something that WILL happen is fear mongering? many will be caught by surprise when DACA end, least that people can do is prepare.

Does anyone think that even if the Dems tried right now, they would convince Manchin and Sinema to vote for our cause? They are are not trying becuase the votes aren't there when you have those Rs in Ds clothes. Let's be real.

Lame Duck session is our best bet. They’re going to need 10 R’s, and Manchin & Sinema. According to Durbin, he can probably get 4-5 R’s on board for Dream Act.

Only way Dream Act gets passed is if Democrats compromised and offer republicans something. But as we know in politics, compromise isn’t something they (both parties) generally do.

Anything happening in the lame duck will definitely be contingent upon what happen after the election.

If democrats some how manage to hold the House and the Senate, we all know nothing will get done in the lame duck. The can will just get kicked down the road.

If republicans take the house and the senate, absolutely nothing is going to happen in the lane duck. They are going to feel as if they have a mandate from the American people to be tough on immigration.

Our best bet is republicans taking the house (by a small margin) and democrats holding on to the senate, at least some leverage for the next 2 years if nothing happens in the lame duck.

I agree with this.

As it stands with polling, looks like Democrats will have slightly majority in the senate while Republicans will control the house.

Schumer offered 25 billion for the wall for the Dream Act. Trump said no. This moron thought he can get his 4 pillars for Bridge Act. Anyways, that was in 2017, even if it were to pass 2017+3 = 2020. So it'd expire 2 years ago and if we'd get lucky maybe we'd get DED under Biden.
