Don't cheap out on lawyers. Don't listen to people who say "you're dumb for spending money on a lawyer when you can just google this stuff".

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

Not sure about that but I believe the daca lapse was years before this i485 .. if I’m not wrong she currently has daca but because of that period where she lapsed she triggered the ban

Don’t think it’s the lawyers fault if she didn’t disclose it 🤷*♂️ Also all of us have google, not that hard to find out info ourselves. When i did my consular process I didn’t completely take my lawyers word and did my own research, posted on here to get insight, went on Fb groups, etc. The info is out there
