Surely they do an initial review to establish eligibility to the program. Would they not have caught it then? I got all the way through the process & did my biometrics.
Let me put it this way - I don't think this would make them deny you DACA, but it could become a problem down the line when you apply for a green card and have to content with the issues of being admissible to the US.

Wait, so people could just apply with fake green cards? Wouldn’t that be an automatic red flag for the person adjudicating your application. A green card holder wouldn’t be applying for daca in the first place would they? Don’t they do an initial review of your documents to establish identity & eligibility into the program?
