That's what I'm wondering lol.. It would suck if we don't qualify for RACA if we have a ticket such as speeding.

Alipac (anti-immigrant group) is now threatening Trump to end DACA by April 17th or they will rescind their endorsement of Trump. Maybe this will help to give momentum to a permanent solution?

I doubt they would be so strict on traffic infractions unless it's something major like DUIs. I mean the majority of us pretty much had to drive without a license until DACA was passed. Let's wait and see any changes to the bill

Come on Pianos. Don't take the paragraph out of context. They said refine. I doubt they would go after traffic offenses as long as they are not DUI's. I think thats what they mean. Drug possession misdemeanors might get a revisit too. Half of the Dreamers would not qualify if they didn't allow traffic tickets lol.

The worst is RACA dying AND losing DACA.

I guess I'm just impatient. Anyone know what's the next step for RACA right now?

Based on my understanding. Since the bill is already filled and introduced. It is now referred to the committee. If committee give the green light and it will be voted in the House and Senate.

Someone correct me if I am wrong
