go through this thread; several people have posted the packets that they have sent and have detailed their AOS experience. i know they are a lot of pages, but the information you need is there.

that i can remember, some of the things you need are:

fee payment
i485
stamped i131
i693 (and a medical examination)
birth certificate
evidence of status (your DACA letters)
2 passport photos
marriage certificate
evidence of bonafide marriage

there is another form i submitted, but cannot remember now. so yea, go through the thread.

Hi dreamers,

If your AOS app has already been accepted please help me.

Working on my AOS application after AP travel.

When the app. asks for travel document number does this mean the service center number? Example, LIN17XXXXXXX.

and when it asks for expiration, does this mean the the last date of the period of travel you were approved for? Example, I was approved for travel 08/23/2017- 09/23/2017. So would the expiration date would be 09/23/2017?

I'm just making sure it is not referring to Form-I94 info, which is asked on the next questions.

also...

Question #24
What is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?

Did you leave blank or DACA?

TIA

Hi, dumb question but would the repeal of DACA have any effect on AOS? I know that if you're EWI then you'd need DACA to get Advanced Parole to expunge the EWI. But what if you were a visa overstay or already had AP but haven't gotten married yet? Would the loss of DACA prevent AOS via marriage or does it not matter as long as you have sufficient evidence of the marriage?

If you are a visa overstay or used AP to enter the country you do not need to worry about DACA being repealed. You need evidence that you are married in good faith regardless of DACA

Hi,

Are you referring to the box that says "I-94-Arrival-Departure Record Number"? If so, type in your I-94 number. I don't have a box that says "Travel Document Number" on my I-485 Application...

On the box that says "Expires On" type the date your DACA expires.

I don't have question #24 on my AOS application... can you send a screenshot?

yea, i just checked my packet and i filed with the old one, so my i485 does not have those questions. in reading them, my guess is that that is your passport information, since when you re-enter, you need to get your passport and AP doc stamped.

i'm not sure who here has applied using the new forms. :\
