Has anybody used pictures/letters or their parents taxes as proof to show they were present before turning 16 yrs old successfully?

I did. They said there was nothing they could do until May. I'm going to give it a couple weeks and then try getting help from my congressman.

My 6 months closely approaching.

Never in my widest of my wildest dream, high on sativa, and buzzed jack, thought I would wait the full 6 months.

Ur telling me I though I would begin 2013 legally illegally
And I'm still here waiting................sad
I though by late November I would be approved but that didn't happened

Here are the steps open to you cus you have passed your 6 months:

1. Service Request
2. Calling
3. Contacting your congressional rep or Senator to inquire abour ur case.

Have you done any of these?

I called this morning but nothing
To be honest with u I just want to leave it alone

People are getting more irritated when they call and stuff
So I'm just waiting hope u hear something from them soon

so i haven't received the ref letter but i got a pretty good feeling they are gonna ask me for more evidence of 09 which i dont have much. all that i had for that year was a few online purchases which i sent. i had no bank account at the time i was only employed caused i worked with my step dad hes not a resident. last option is affidavits from current employer who has known me since like 2006 to current date and my landlord. im freaking out that i might get denied for lack of continuous residency proof yet some of those with some criminal record get approved
