Hi guys, I am wondering if somebody else is experiencing this..a friend of mine turned in her application last year, and got an RFE, she responded around Dec 2012 and until now her application is pending...now we don't know what to do..

Some Applications were transferred from vermont to Nebraska service center from last week due to workload. If it says local office that means your case is in Nebraska not next to your house. This is good news for you so within 90 days you expect decision.
