Laker, it's a question. Obviously I don't have a clean background so I was asking a question for those people that could help me. I wouldn't ask if I got pulled over once. It was twice so I have a reason to be concerned because they took my fingerprint and a picture, twice. Please try to help, and not degrade others because after all you happen to be here for a reason. You never know with usics they can see that as bad and not approve of me. So again, I can't afford a lawyer right now. I know it says on the guidelines that information already but all I wanted was advice and to see if I should get money for lawyer or not. I'm still concerned about that on my record not one time, but twice

Don't worry man, traffic citations don't count. I couldn't find the source thread, but that question came up in the teleconference with the USCIS spokesperson and that was what he basically said.

Hello,

So I am currently working with a made up ssn #. Literally, the only proof that I have proving I have been here 5 years prior to June 15, 2012 are my pay stubs. If I were to submit these would this be considered fraud?

I do have an ITIN # and have been reporting taxes for my year's of employment.

Sigh...

It's not considered fraud until you are convicted.

Next question:

Hi I came here when i was 17 and I robbed a bank do you think I would still qualify for this DREAM ACT ?

That is burglary you are disqualify. I saw a someone with a shoplifting crime on DAP, according to the new guidelines that is not significant misdemeanor so he should apply (talk to lawyer first).
