Living in Ohio right now, I believe Ohio should be on the list too because of the Forever Buckeye program. This gives any students who graduated from any Ohio high schools an in-state tuition to any colleges in Ohio. You will also be consider Ohio resident. I didn't even know about this until like a week ago.

Has anyone done this to get in-state tuition? Because it sounds good to me; just marking perm resident instead of "other" on the college residents saves you having to sh*t out at least 25K per year for college because you would have to pay out-of-state costs - Which is complete bullshit because you live there and pay taxes to the state anyways.
Anyone?

^I doubt anyone can get away with that without getting into some sort of trouble.

Maryland needs to be included by the way! Yay!

I've read on college websites and the worst they've said about lying about residency will equal suspension from the college. That's nothing next to having to sh**t out an insane amount of money because you pay out-of-state tuition and no freakin' financial aid.

I don't know if this has been already mentioned, but MSU-Denver offers a tuition rate especially for dreamers. The first school in Colorado to do so, thanks to the President of the University and with opposition from the state. So...its pretty cool!
