What hassle. It takes 20 minutes to fill out the app and drop it in the mail. I do this for me, my wife, my brother, and a cousin. SMH

Expire 3/25. Sent renewal 11/8. Did Walk-in biometrics 12/9. Accepted 12/11. No email or anything as usual.

Edit- I should add my scheduled bio was 12/13 and would've cost me work OT hours.

You don’t count the biometrics? I have to drive an hr and they didn’t take my walk in the first time. You don’t consider the time you have to take to go to the DMV every two years?

I have to drive an hour thirty to get to biometrics in Charlotte NC. Ironically this summer outside of NC I lived across the street from the biometrics office.

It takes me about an hour to get DACA forms filled out because I let my lawyer do them. So thats about 30 minutes highway driving to his office in the middle of bumblefuck nowhere.

Then deliver it to the post office. Then Drive an hour thirty at the drop of a hat cause thats when they schedule you.

Then get my DL renewed after spending 45 minutes waiting at the post office

BUT

It's all worth it to work and live legally in the United States for $20 bucks a month and for peace of mind you wont get thrown out so easily.

right, I didn't say it wasn't worth it. I said it was a hassle. I have 3 businesses to run and a full time job. Each hour of my day is worth a few hundred in opportunity costs.

I hate this uncertainty about when SC will announce their decision. Hopefully, it'll be as late as possible and let the current applications process. I expire Aug 2020, so Mid March is my when my renewal will get processed.

Officially hit the 150 mark. I expire mid May. My wife and I will not receive feedback on our I-601a before that, so I'll need to pay up for another renewal. hehe.

Yea but those few hundred in opportunity costs are worthless if you can't work legally in the united states. The hassle is well worth it.

Then the hassle is worth it for you to do your 6 jobs.

I believe it was mid summer when they annouce what their decision is. Regardless of what happens. We will be Okay.

Yeah man. One final renewal! I didn’t send passport pictures btw. Haven’t done so since my 2nd renewal (this is my 5th hehe).

I haven't done so since my first renewal. They take your photo on processing. Take your one final hit of DACA, take a deep deep puff of that DACA-freedom, hold your breath, release...
