I suggest you get a lawyer to apply for AOS. Mine charged me 900 dollars plus app fees. He knew so much and told me what i need to have and do to my my case very strong.

Can someone confirm-- it's possible to get AP if you have a pending AOS application, right?

Yeah you can request both an EAD and AP.

Cool. I think there's another loophole this way. I may qualify under 245i, but it's not 100% since my grandparents petitioned for my grandmother, and my mom was listed in that petition way back way. A Lawyer suggested I apply for AOS, do AP while pending, and if my AOS unfortunately gets denied, I can try again with my new legal entry.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

EAD was ordered to production today. Major relief considering current EAD expires next month!
