Congrats to all who have been approved!!!!...... I can just imagine the joy.... Is anyone else here a July 2013 applicant?..... I just want to see some similar timelines to compare?.... #anxious!!!.... Also, once you have your social, how easy is it to open credit??

Easiest will be to go to your bank and see if they offer a secure credit card. Meaning you will need to put a deposit. Wells Fargo offers a 300.00 limit secure card when you put down a matching deposit. But if you have not banked with them before or are new to banking you might not be approved right off the bat and they will have you try again in 6-12 months. Good luck.

Guys... What does "Post Decision Activity" mean?

It reads as follows:

"On October 9, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

quick question. I was approved on Oct. 4 received multiple texts and emails. System also said card in production. On Oct. 7 I was sent another email stating they would send my approval letter in the mail. Today at 4:47 AM I received an email stating that my card was being mailed out as well. But I have not received any tracking number. Should I be worried. Or will I get one later on?

HAHHAAH!!! I fucking got it!!!! The Employment ID card came with my picture and everything in the fucking mail today and fucking got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111 I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check on USCIS web site with your case # your tracking numbers should appear there
