Hey guys its been a week and I still haven't gotten my RFE letter in the mail is this normal?

Mine has been 18days and still didn't received it
so I just called them Today and filed an service request.

I heard that you have to wait for 15days to make a call.
wait for few more days and call them if you dont receive it




I saw a post there was an error on her online status
RFE was never issued or sent out
I hope mine was an error too

Thanks for your reply. I hope I don't have to wait long I rather just get the RFE and get this over with! I have no clue why I got it in the first place cause I sent enough evidence. Hopefully is something minor or an error like you said!

Mine took 2 weeks after the status update. It is normal man. Don't worry.

Update: So my lawyer just called me and told me that he got the RFE letter and they want proof from 2011-2012. I barely have much cause I don't have a bank account. But good thing I go to a dermatologist and have regular checkups and I have prescriptions for 2012 and 2011. I also asked if its a good idea to send affidavits and he told me that I don't need to but if I want to that I can send 5 of them which I'm deff doing. So than he just told me to not worry that I will get approve so we will see what happens.

You will definetely get approved. It took me only 7 days to get approved after sending my evidences from whole 2008-2012. I didn't have much evidence to send so i sent them 24 hour fitness check-ins record and it was good enough for them. So you should be fine. I hope to hear a good news from you soon.

Just received my RFE in the mail today and they want more evidence for 09, 10 and 11. I have a bunch of online transactions for those years. Would that be good evidence?
