It’s being such a long wait. I just wonder if any of you guys know why is the uscus taking so long to process EADs. It’s being 113 days without any Changes “Case Was Received
On June 14, 2017, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSC17914.....”
I raised an inquiry on August 28 but nothing yet.

apparently the center doing your biometrics can make a mistake and USCIS says "there's nothing we can do"

my AOS EAD was approved in july, i received the approval notice, but the card was never sent. A service request in august wasnt answered, a call in september said to wait & call again in a few weeks. Finally spoke with a level 2 officer this week, their answer was that the employment authorization was approved, but the EAD card itself was not mailed because the center that processed the Biometrics "did not link the biometrics to the EAD application" and that's currently preventing the card from being made/mailed. She said its 'out of their jurisdiction and there's nothing they can do but wait'

mine still shows 'ready to schedule interview', my PD is 3/22/17

That doesnt seem too out of the timeline, mine was approved at about 120 days after receipt, but see my note above

I didn't apply AOS EAD. My DACA EAD is still valid until October 2018. Didn't want to hold multiple EAD and was thinking it would save USCIS time.

For me it was about 3 and a half months from the PD. It seems that the average wait time is approx 110 days for a lot of people at this time.

I'm sharing my interview experience to try and help others feel at ease when their time comes around.

I know I lurked for some time reading others experiences and for I will forever be grateful for. Just knowing I wasn't alone in this process-DACA to AOS, was a relief.

Here's my timeline:
AOS PD: 5/4/17
Biometric Appt Letter: 5/19/17
Biometrics Appt: 6/2/17 (completed walk-in on 5/22/17)
Interview Letter: 8/17/17
Interview Date: 9/18/17 (cancelled by USCIS on 8/23/17 because I moved from jurisdiction)
New Interview Letter: 9/6/17
Interview Date: 10/4/17 - Approved on the spot, received Welcome Letter print out!

Our interview was at 7:45am. I was a little nervous, but mostly anxious. We waited about 30 min before being called in to interview. When we were finally called in and I was so ready to do this. The agent was very polite, greeted us and walked us to his office/interview room. First thing he asked was to confirm my birthday and address. He began shuffling through our file and then began talking about football. Yes! That's right! His conversation was about football. My first thought was he was trying to be "conversational" to see what we would say or catch us saying too much. But I was wrong. We were there for nearly 1:30hrs talking about football, soccer and a little baseball. In the midst of our conversation he did ask for my original birth certicate and my husbands and to see our photo album. And that's it! Nothing about our marriage, joint documents, nope, nada! After that he left and came back with a print out welcoming me as a LPR! Wow! If I would have known it was going to be this easy I wouldn't have been so anxious.

I'm not saying anyone's interview experience will be like mine, but hey! What are the odds you may interview with the same agent! All I'm saying is try not to stress too much about it. If your marriage is legitimate, then there is nothing to fear. And yes, it is easier said than done. And yes, I did hire an attorney even though my case was straight forward. I didn't want to overthink and stress-which I normally do, something that was so straight forward. I'll pay someone else to do that for me!
