well it seems like ones with previous case and complicated cases have been deffered after a year. so theres no reason to deny anyone unless they didn't present their evidence correctly

Thanks, after i sent my RFE in September i didnt contact them again, i just waited without checking anything because my case was complicated and i was nervous

no i didn't get denied, i had an RFE after a year of waiting... and sent it back to them September of this year.
