About the ones still in school does it include all the qualifying in school situations, like high school students , ged school students, ect or one takes less than others do u know?? Thanks

Ugh, that freaking sucks Why does the USCIS website say that it takes 6 months and you can make an inquiry after the 6 months has passed then?

I hate being bothered when I get to sleep in, today some sweet little text messages on my phone made a great exception. To be honest I was not expecting to hear anything back yet, since I received a generic response from my service request a few days ago;
"Our records show that your Forms I-821D/I-765 are currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time."

Sweet early morning texts read;
"Your case LINXXXXXXXXXX is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov"

Darn right Y'all, I checked my case status in a heartbeat.

"Case Status: Card/ Document Production" (this for my I765)

I have checked it almost twice every hour until I got the email "Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity
On May 30, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals."

Now I can share my good news and hopefully shed some light for those that are still waiting with a similar timeline as mine.

Congratulations, i applied around the same time as you, october 2nd 2013. Unfortunately i got an RFE, i sent it back a few days ago now its just a matter of time and good luck. Well congrats to you!!! 😊👍👌

I got an update yesterday that "my name was changed" for both the Employment App, as well as, the Deferred Action.
Judging by what people have stated on these forums, it is most likely an approval since I already submitted my RFE 2 weeks ago.

It has been almost 2 years, waiting just for an RFE, it seems that since I got the RFE, the process is going smoothly and speedy.

Can't wait anymore, this is such an agony!

Thanks man. They wanted proof that I was here from 2008-2010. I sent pictures and Facebook statuses. I didn't have anything else in my name at that time. I also wrote a detailed letter explaining the reason why I didn't have anything under my name (obvious reasons) and all I had were Facebook statuses and some pictures with dates on them.

Good luck, I hope you get approved soon since you waited so long, I think I have online HS diploma issue on my case. Didn't you had same home school issue?

I got update last week they are requesting more evidence. I have not got the letter yet. How long does it take to get letter form USCIS??

I did. I applied for TASC but they couldn't give me any paperwork and the test is 6 months from now. I also explained in my letter that I went there but they never provided me with any proof that I signed up for the test and that I should wait for a test date in the mail.
