Thank you, Fenix. I feel like you should be hearing something soon. Our PD's are very close. Didn't you get a notice that your case was ready to be scheduled months ago? I never received that, just got the interview notice.

Hi Ianus. Sorry for the confusion I didn't mean DACA > AOS in a mathematical sense, where DACA status is greater than AOS. I meant DACA > AOS in the context of my trajectory, or process to get to AOS.. Like DACA to AOS.

In general, I think AOS status is more desirable as it grants legal permanent residence. However, I'm grateful for DACA because without it I wouldn't have been able to get AP and work authorization.

Ah, sorry for putting you on the spot. I was just curious about the meaning. Glad it all worked out for you, and also that you took advantaged. Not many did.

my interview was in June 19 2017 and i was approved on 10/06/2017 about four months. i had to file a waiver after the interview. i submited the waiver on sep 19 2017 so it could have taken 4 weeks or less.

Anyway, I assume you mean the new green card designs. Yes, they do seem quite nice!
I never even got to thank you. Thank you for the warning about the waiver. And yes I think leaving made adjusting easy, I was told to only file I-121. Thanks to you I was ready. i have both waivers ready and was preparing motions. LOL

I had been trying to log in using my old handle and tell you about it.

Considering you finally heard from them, there is almost no correlation with the current processing dates on their site. Only thing I could see is that they appear to be 2 months + ~10 days ahead.
