You might as well submit I-131 as well, its free when concurrently filing. You'll most likely get an I-765 EAD/I-131 AP combo card.
Please note the above forms are only the basic forms needed for all AOS packets, if you have a specific situation such as applying under 245I you may need other forms as well.

please search for my old handle pakapoa. I have been having a hell of a time trying to log in. admin resetting password it not working so I just created a new account. I might be known for traveling with DACA AP under while under Removal. am very risky!!

my advised and please heed it. RESEARCH and again I say research until you get your answers. study the forms. I started filling out my forms in may 2015 and didn't file till july 2016. and most importantly make sure your partner loves you, very crucial. it's very important to have a partner who know about you and loves you and accepts your status.

check out my whole process on this thread.

Had my AOS interview today. I thought my interview went well. Unfortunately the IO didn’t’t Make a decision on the spot. At the end of the interview she handed me a letter saying my case was being held for further review. The letter says I should have a decision in the next 120 days.

This may be due to the fact I have been arrested. I did bring with me the court disposition of the case. All charges were dropped and the arrest was nullified. I gave the officer the document with that information but she said a further background check would be needed and I should wait for the decision in the mail.

I hate this BS. I will keep you guys updated when the decision comes in the mail.

Hey guys! I don't have AP but I do have a 245i I've been dating someone it's a very low key relationship because things just happen & we didn't expect us to be together.
We have been friends for many years before we got into a relationship, we don't live together but have a few pictures on IG & FB with little comments etc.

She's afraid and I'm afraid I will get deported. She wants to get married but I'm scared because we don't have bank accounts together, bills etc.

That form is no longer needed. The updated I-130/I-130A forms are longer because USCIS just included the information and questions from G-325A.

That is pretty standard. Background checks are usually longer if you have an arrest. At the very least, the hardest part is over and now is just the waiting game. You should be fine because you were not taken in to custody at the interview.

Thank you for being positive. I know you are right, but what upset me is that I expected a yes after the interview. I would think by now they have done all the background checks they need to do. I have had two biometrics appointments in the past 12 months. One for DACA renewal and one for the AOS EAD card. Plus, I submitted the court disposition document along with my I-485 application.

I did search online after the interview and it does seem common nowadays for them to not approve on the spot. I know everything will be fine as I don’t have a criminal record but the thought of having to wait even more is just upsetting.

I’ll update this thread when they give me the final decision.

I know it is frustrating bro. But think about it, this is the final stretch! . Millions of us would like to be in the same situation as you.
