Yup first time, forgot the actual dates but applied in early July, then end of september I went in for Bio, then last week Saturday I got my Approval, two days ago my card was finished from production and should be coming this Saturday or Monday. Will be filling out the social forum today or tomorrow maybe get the social card next year.

I have a feeling they will let me get my license with just my EAD card but if not then I can just get a print out of proof of my social number to give them and I should be good to go.

Now i that i got my GED im doing the whole process agian with the help of my lawyer.

My Process so far:
Receipts received on 10/3/2015 in mail
Bio Appointment 10 /29/2015
Waiting for approval..

No but it's only been about 3 months and the standard time according the California Service Center website is 6 months. Honestly, I'm not really stressing about it because still hasn't been more than 6 months. My biggest advice to you is to focus on what you can control but continue checking the status of your case at least once a week and expect the process to take the full 6 months, if you happen to get a responds before the 6 months then great if not just be patient they'll call your number.

hello everybody. I waited for a while to apply for DACA. Since I was under order of supervision and couldn't be deported, I was able to legally work and pretty much everything DACA approved person can do. I didn't think DACA would stay this long, but after talking to immigration officer they highly recommended to apply for DACA so I did. Here is my time line of how long it took for the application process.
THIS IS MY FIRST APPLICATION NOT RENEWAL
Case was referred to California Service Center from I believe Nebraska
05/15/2015 Sent application overnight

05/18/2015 We received your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

12/15/2015 We mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
(RFE said I didn't submit evidence of my con't presence for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2015)
I submitted some transaction receipts, immigration paperwork when I was going to courts, and some bills and lease for 2015. Also letter from the church and my lawyer confirming I was here.

12/24/2015 We received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Our California Service Center office is working on your case again.

01/05/2016
we approved your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Receipt Number WAC159034####. We will mail your approval notice.

My EAD was ordered and approved the same day 1/05/2016 Yesterday I have recieved approval notices, waiting for my EAD they have said that they mailed it but there is no tracking number but I assume either it's delayed or Post office hasn't picked it up yet. Either way it's coming in soon.
