Republicans are getting pressured by right wing groups. ENLIST Act might be added to the NDAA budget bill that must be passed by the end of the year

ENLIST is down to 198 now.

Yes that's all the pressure from anti immigrant groups they have pages listed on how to contact congressmen telling them to withdraw their support from the ENLIST Act. All the ones who have withdrawn their support are Republicans even though it's a Republican bill

Meanwhile the ENLIST Act picked up 4 new co-sponsors yesterday. 2 Democrats, 2 Republicans. I can't believe this bill has 0ver 200 co-sponsors, just 16 votes shy of of passage. I'm optimistic the BRIDGE Act will make it through to help us in the interim.

Only thing I don't like about enlist act is age of entry is 14 instead of 15

Enlist Act would have been at 209 if 7 wouldn't have withdrawn. Anyways what are they waiting to pass this ? Pass this first then any other Dreamer related bills have a higher chance of passing

It makes sense why they would do that, younger is better. Considering the fiasco surrounding individuals entering the military, it is understandable.
