Lol, I was telling myself while driving to work, god has a plan, why dwell in worries and uncontrollable events. Let's just keep fighting.

I'm wondering if we work for the same company -- I also received a call from HR department yesterday (labor Day) at 6pm, to let me know they have identified me as a DACA recipient, and they are following the situation very closely and the company is putting multiple resources in lobbying for us and to make sure DACA stays in place. They also offered their immigration lawyer services and free counseling since they know this is a very stressful time.

Whether DACA gets rescind today or 6 months from now, I am happy to have been able to work at the company I'm at now, and have gained invaluable work experience. It does make me sad that I might have to start from scratch, but DACA allowed all of us a chance to get our education and work experience in these past 5 years, and I know other countries see the value in this and are willing to give us a chance. (looking at you Canada, I know you need people willing to pop some babies )
