Hello, i just got a 1-797 Notice of Action: Approval Notice

My EAD expires mid September 2020

Packet sent on April 29

I lost 3 months, but i guess i should be happy

Still waiting for approval here. Submitted mid-November, did bios in December, current EAD expires mid-October. I've submitted 3 service requests for being past processing timelines, an Ombudsman's office inquiry, and two congressional inquiries from my representatives.

So far... nothing. Getting kinda anxious.

I swear someone read this thread at USCIS and made it happen. Lmao.

Current EAD Expires: 10/21/2020
Received: 11/13/2019
Biometrics: 12/9/2019
Approved: 7/17/2020

The sense of relief is fantastic. Hope this is the case for everyone still waiting for their renewal!

Biometrics: 08/20/2020 (not needed due to Covid)
Approved: 08/25/2020 and card under construction.
