hey guys i just received my RFE
sept15th 12 i have joined the 6 month club ..... the 7 th

and now RFE!!!!!

Vermont Center!!!!!

RFE on presence during june 07 ~ yr 2008

so i called verizon wireless which is under my name and also a creditcard
asking for the statement from that period.....

do you think these two billing statements are enough...

the statement are from month to month for 2 yrs about 15-18 statements per account....

So everyone here seems to be getting RFE for not providing enough permanent stay evidence for some time period
Just curious has anyone gotten one for failing to provide a case disposition ???

well i had 2 cases one about 10 yrs ago that i did not provide disposition.

and with this rfe they did not ask for proof.

for a recent one about 4 yrs ago i did provide a dispo..

i did too. i sent it back on the 15th though.. so it took 6 days after sending yours back till they notified you that they got it?

What was your rfe for? if you don't mind me asking

Evidence for 2010 and 2011.. I didn't have enough to send because I never opened a bank account or anything. However I had a couple receips for doctors appointments in those years not every month tho. I also sent Facebook check ins. And one affidavit done by my cousin. I hope this was enough cause I didn't have anything else to send

Yeah it arrived to them on the 15th and my status was updated on the 18th
Since it's something else to review unlike the whole proving you we're here thing I REALLY hope I get a decision soon

Got my EAD card in the mail today no more worrying for a couple of years. People stay calm your day will come.
