I came here thinking I would send my renewal by the end of this month since I expire at the very end of January... but now I feel a little better.

Yooooo I’m the same way. My current one expires February 2022.

Can’t believe we’re approaching 10 years of having DACA.

Same! We’re having the ceremony in July but we may try to get legally married in the next few months just to jumpstart this process. We just met with a local immigration lawyer yesterday for a consultation and it seems like it’ll be pretty straightforward!

Sent mine in Saturday, and a pending charge just showed up 26 minutes ago on my card. Hopefully it gets approved before expiration!

Lucky. I have someone who I could potentially marry... but I'm EWI and don't yet have a reason for AP to clear it.

I feel like my employer would also sponsor me, but I don't know the actual avenues or how this works in regards to having DACA and EWI quite yet.

Also, I'm sending my renewal today. I expire at the end of January.

Sorry, the last time I renewed was before the pandemic. Are they not doing bios anymore or just using the previous one?

Yeah, I guess they’re not doing biometrics because of DACA I assume? I got a letter from them saying biometrics isn’t required because they’re using the previous one.

Maybe you could meet with a local immigration lawyer. The consultation is usually $100-250ish but if you email them and ask a quick question regarding your situation or request a phone call just to explain your situation and ask for a quote, they may be able to tell you how straightforward or complicated it may be. I do know that EWI makes things complicated because they asked me about my I-94 and when I told them I had it, they were relieved and said it makes everything easier.
