I hope you hear something soon. If 2 months passes and you don't hear anything, go schedule an info pass, service request, and contact your senator. That's what I did lol.

The case status online is not accurate lol. My I-485 was approved on 11/16/ 17 and it still shows online "Interview is Scheduled". Also, they might request you another medical, it depends on when you file your AOS. The I-693 is only valid for a year.

Hello folks!

We finally completed our interview today. Officer was pretty nice and asked us questions about how we met and who proposed to whom. At the end of the interview our officer stated that we were approved and that we should get the provisional G.C. in 7 to 10 business days.

I'm happy the process is almost over but won't celebrate until I have the card in hand.

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting!

Well today I will be sending my AOS application everyone. Wish me luck in this long journey ahead. I am being hopeful that I will get everything promptly, I have faith in God that this will turn out good. And hope that you all find a way to start the process for fixing your situation as well, stay woke everyone!

By the way...Anyone from the Houston Area in here? If so how long did you wait for the interview or how long have you been waiting to get the interview?

You can check out the process timelines in houston at uscis. Considering that city is occupied by many immigrants, expect a longer processing time. It seems the process takes about 1 year in that location.

its about time for you! mine received in march, still shows "interview ready to be scheduled" for i485
Hey, I'm still waiting to hear something since my biometrics 2 months back. Almost at the 110 day mark since case recieved. How long did you wait to make a service request for ead? Can you only do that after it's been approved? Or is there like a certain number of days that you can do so?
