What is the avg approval times now? I expire in 2/2024, submitted on 9/2023. Been in review since then. NO Biometrics visit.

I submitted my renewal September 17th and typically it's only ever taken 4-5 days to get my renewal approved in the past.

This time my case had a countdown of 3 weeks all the way down to 1 week last week. Today it changed to "your case is taking longer to process"

Nebraska Processing Center is listing 3 months as the average wait time.

I called today and got to an agent. I was told refugees of Ukraine and other war torn regions are taking priority over DACA.

I was asked to call again once I've gone over the 90th day

Unfortunately I was counting on the average wait times of before and only submitted my renewal with a 5 day turn time in mind as all my other renewals in the past had been.

is it normal that your I-765 is approved and card being produced on Nov 14 while your I-821 is still being in review since Sept 9th?

Yes. If your card is being produced that means your 821D was approved as well.

Welcome to two more years!

How were you able to speak to an agent? I’m in the same boat as you. My permit expires in 2 weeks and I submitted my paperwork in August. My job is emailing me daily to give them an update on my status. Definitely freaking out over here.

Call them again and when the automated system allows you say "infopass" that should get you to a live agent. They will point you to this site https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Basically you'll need to wait 120 days before you can really ask about your case. That link is basically just a Calendar calculator.

I'm not sure what processing center your case is in but Nebraska is taking an avarage of 70-90 calendar days to get to an approval and then an additional 3 or so weeks to produce and ship your EAD

It's never taken this long for me to get a renewal. It's only ever taken a max of 30 days from the day I mail in my forms to the day it arrives in the mail.

If your job is this much on it already and asking for your renewal then you'll probably be placed on an unpaid LOA until you get it all sorted

This SUCKS. I am due for a promotion this month. I am SO screwed. I don’t know what I am going to do.

I never got the receipts so I don’t know who is processing my case, but based on time I assuming Nebraska.

Im in similar boat. Got used to quick approvals, sometimes on the same day of biometrics. This time i submitted renewals just couple months before expiring and ran into trouble. I submitted online and I got the biometrics reuse letter but nothing else. I don’t even know how to find out which center is my case at. It says “your case is taking longer to process”. Current daca already expired. Fortunately, my work doesn’t care about it so at least don’t have to worry about that part.
