Mine got approved exactly on the 90th day. But based on their timeline they are now taking 120 days.

Give it time. Also, take into consideration DACA applications will be processed now as well. The application process for AOS may slow down because of that. Give it some time!

Some here are waiting many months for feedback or a decision from USCIS.

I did the same and my I-130 was approved by Nebraska on the 260th day. No interview. I-485 still pending as insent them separately.
When was your application submitted? I'm current in proceedings, which have been admin closed since I received DACA in 2012...so maybe that's why they want to interview me.

Wish I'd been approved without an interview...

Hiyya fellow dreamers. I'm glad to see so many of us with such a nice processing speed. Unfortunately, I'm currently on the flip side. I've been trying to be patient.. I even stoped checking my case status for a while. My application was received on 8/19/2017. I got my biometrics done about a month later. (Walk-in 2 weeks before my appointment). It's been 5 months now, unfortunately no update. :/ not even my EAD. Which I'm really waiting impatiently for at the moment as my current EAD with daca expires later this year. I live in Atlanta. Is there anyone with a similar situation? Is there something we can do to speed up the process for the EAD atleast ?

I-130 submitted on 1/19/2017. Approved on 10/5/2017.
I-485 submitted on 2/1/2017. Still pending.

On mine, just received an update text from USCIS.
Yeah took about 11 months and half.
By the way my online updates never change nor did I receive a text even though I turn notifications on. So maybe you’re like me and receive the notice on the mail.

their official timeline is 90 days, up to 120 days. their instructions say if it's longer than that you can do a service request. my EAD was approved in 112 days from PD, but the card itself was shipped 4 months later (their error)

thansk! and that makes sense, depends when your daca ead expires, since the AOS ead takes about 3-4 months after your PD. i think as long as your aos application is pending, you have some sort of protection, but obviously it is better to have an unexpired ead. daca people still have protection until ead expires

you should do a service request, online and on the phone, thats beyond their 'normal processing time'. this is where you do it online. i had to call a few times before i could get a meaningful answer, and ask for higher officer / tier 2

Ah, I understand why you went the I-130 route to terminate proceedings.

Do an infopass appointment with USCIS to see if they can help since it is after 90 days. EAD associated with AOS is nothing like that with DACA. They should have done it in 90 days and you can take more action on your case.

Why did it take so long...in a city?

My online update changed earlier in the week. It was sent via email, not text. My phone's spam filter would not allow texts from unknown numbers.
