... I forgot to search my old email address and old paypal accounts.. I have some purchases there as well (can't believe some of the stuff I've purchased) ...
Thanks for the reply...
Paypal doesn't offer statements dating back more than 3 months but I printed my account activity which includes all my purchases and dates of purchases. My only concern is, it doesn't display my addresses :S.

I got another questions?
Would a high school diploma do without a transcript... I mean my diploma should prove that I've attended and graduated from school, and my transcript dates back before '07, so its kinda redundant info (and I wanna send my stuff off 2mmrw)

1) Does a translated Birth Certificate need to be notarized?
2) I work (using a fake SSN) and have expenses. Is it a problem to put how much I make a year in the i-765ws?

If you have a valid passport you don't even need the BC. it do0es not need to be noratized either

do not put any fake SS and it's not a problem to put how much you make a year

one more question...
I have proof of residency from 2007-2009 via my school transcript. After that, I have paystubs. Should I send copies of a paystub for each week or once a month until now?

Just a quick post: just got my appointment today in the mail (Yay! so excited). A quick tip: if you happen to be in CA, CARECEN was a BIG help. I payed $200 and they filled everything out for me. Was real easy and they fixed A LOT of things that I hadn't really thought of (like the whole two names, two last names thing and SSN, etc.)

Thats a tough one: I would go with sending in copies of all of them so you can prove as much as you can. Remember: be creative! If you pay for your cellphone, send in copies of the bill. If you paid for books or anything like that, it works!

1- Yes! If the Birth Certificate is NOT in English it MUST be translated and notarized.

2-No. According to what CARECEN told me as they prepared my application, it is not a problem.

Yeah, I have been seeing that different lawyers say different things and some people include it while others dont. I got my application filled out by CARECEN and got it reviewed by their lawyers.
They said to include it seeing how it says [IF EVER USED ONE]. Since they will be conducting background checks from different sources they believed that the government would have the resources to find out if one had ever used a bad #. Pretty much their philosophy is better come clean than to get caught omitting info which goes against the warning found at the bottome of the uscis.gov page.

2-No. According to what CHIRLA told me as they prepared my application, it is not a problem. They even suggested that one does include the SS# since the government will be conducting a background check and such, they believe that they will have the resources to find out if one indeed worked with a fake number. They said it was better to come clean about it instead of being caught with omiting information.
You shouldn't include any fake social security number on your application. A lot of people asked the same question that's why immigration officials updated the website regarding that same question. They say that on question 9 they are specifically asking for any REAL social security issued to you by the social security administration. check it out for yourself :
