Hi everyone. So, I thought I was ready to send my packet out this week but after reading everyone's RFE, it made me a little worried/concern. I'm not too sure if they will RFE for a gap of 2 months or so but I am now going to try and send out all my bank statements as of 2006-present. Would it be OK if I just send bank statements for all those years? I have more evidence such as a diploma, transcripts, bills, I-94, my car accident that has my name and dates..Do you think I would need more evidence instead of just the bank statements? I just want to be on point with everything so I don't get any RFE.

If you have all that stuff include it. The more the better. Double check everything. also. Lack of evidence is not the only reason to get an RFE. If something doesnt look right they may issue an RFE.

Thanks, will do! Yea, I had to double, triple, quadruple, check my stuff, good thing I did because the date for my present address I put 2013-present. -_-. Something as important as this should be overlooked carefully.

Hey there! I just received a RFE for "Brief Casual and Innocent Absence" stating that I made multiple entries into the US from 2005 to Dec 2008 and that I did not submit sufficient evidence that they were brief and innocent. I did go out of the county briefly during those days and have documents to show evidence of the travel. My questions are: Do you guys think affidavits work well in these cases? I am planning to submit some. Also, do I really have to show proof of the brief departures before June 2007?

Anyone?
