I hope to one day come back to this thread & say I have my GC.

I have my 245 (i) marriage would be my best option.

Ok for all you guys who lives at an apartment,

I started living with my husband on January 4th but didn't fully get a state ID with that address on January 26. As of right now, we haven't notified the business center of his apartment (we live in a townhome apt) that I am living there. My husband did tell me that it's okay with them for him to have an additinal occupant in his apartment. Anyways, we will notify them soon as it's February now. He also wanted to add me as an occupant instead of the lease(they will increase his rent because of it which is a no no) which I am okay with. My question is will USCIS question the date difference?? For the I485, the question asked when I started living there and I put January 4th. I sent an AR-11 on January 14.

So I finally got update on my AOS. Had my interview but on my I-130 it’s says “Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed“ but my I-485 says “New Card Is Being Produced” what does that mean???

Now my I-485 says “case approved” but my I-30 still says “Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed”
Is it safe to say I got my green card?

I think it's a safe bet that you've been approved for the GC. I know it does seem strange since you would expect the I-130 to update before the I-485, but the status you got for the I-130 is not out of the ordinary. Also, we've seen posts on this thread where people saw no updates at all and later received the GC in the mail.

Let us know when the card comes!

Both forms now say approved. Can’t believe it.

Oh man, I can't tell you the aggravation one has when USCIS does not update your address correctly. Apparently, they sent us an RFE to our old address even though we had completed AR 11. I would absolutely check with an immigration officer level 2 that the correct address has been applied to both the I-130 and I-485. I finally got it corrected recently and they faxed everything over.

Yes, my app was received on November 20th. I completed my bios in mid December and I haven’t heard anything since.
