Ah I've read that usually they misplaced some evidences so they ask for it again. It's not too common and it's not rare as well

They're more strict as it's a military bank. They require a GC or a passport (mine just expired and am not planning to renew anytime soon as it'll take about 5 months). Right now we only have 1 joint bank. I'm planning on including him in my credit cards.

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong. Is it true that by law, with a pending i485 AOS application, that they must issue you an Employment Authorization Card within 90 days of receipt of your AOS application? I thought I read that somewhere once before, please let me know if there is any truth to this. Tia.

It is there own guidance lol. The service does not follow it most of the time when it comes to issuance. I have no idea why there are delays for EADS. Maybe contact CIS Ombudsman or Senator/Representative.

Hmmm...USCIS is deliberate in why they ask for specific evidence. I am only assuming it could be a new way of processing paperwork. A lot has changed with this administration.

I mailed it with the AOS packet. I don't think it makes a difference, but I could be mistaken.

Yes, Deferred Action is technically relief from removal/deportation.
