Does anyone know about expired passports and matriculas? Do I need to get those renewed? Both expired about a year ago.

How about if you have different last names on the documents? For example, from 5th grade till 11th grade all my school records havev only one last name but my senior year all my papers and diploma have both last names hyphenated. My passport and birth certificate have both last names too. Should i be worried? I dont want them to think its 2 different people.

Do we submit a copy of expired Government ID? Mine is from WASHINGTON and obviously I don't live there or haven't really resided there before. If I don't send a copy would that be considered as concealment?

Does anyone know if we can get sponsorship from employer after DACA if you came legally but the document was expired? I am gay and in closet. my parents plan on having a legit marriage for me and obviously I can't due to my sexuality, but they don't know that. Is there any way to get permanent status after this?

DACA doesn't help or impede any other avenue of legal status. I believe the best chance for sponsorship via employer is if you are under 245i and have a Masters degree.

Does anyone know if I will be given priority since I am in removal proceeding? My court hearing date is August 2013, so I got a whole year.Eventhough I have a long time before my proceeding. Does anyone know if I will given priority with DACA?

Because of my stupid lawyer, I send my documents late and I am worried that I will be end of the line. Since he wanted to go via ICE and those idiots never respond to him, I didn't bother going via USCIS at that time. So I have applied via ICE and since they didnt respond, I applied via USCIS myself. I feel like I have a bad lawyer even though he has earned awards and is a "super lawyer" for many years.
