Good Morning guys! Does anyone know where I can get processing times for local USCIS offices.? My case is currently waiting to be scheduled for an interview in PHX, however after the whole “upgrade” thing the USCIS website went through I can’t seem to find the processing times. When the website was still showing under the original layout it said that the PHX office was processing cases as of March 2017, mine was recover in Oct 2017, so I still have a ways to go but I like to check up on it once in a while. When I search for the same info under the new layout it tells me that the are processing cases as of May 2016 it also says the interview could take anywhere from 14-16months. Help!

That's how the new site is. It has pushed a lot of the processing times back and given a longer time frame that they are processing applications. I wouldn't worry too much about how long they are saying the processing time is now because from what I see most people are being processed sooner than the estimated waiting time.

This link to a site with a lot of current AOS applicants:

Question anyone who can answer??

So I was checking my status on uscis after completing biometrics on April 5th. I honestly wasn't expecting the site to say anything new, but then I saw my receipt number for i485 AOS and i765 EAD status update says "your fingerprint review was completed on April 13th and they are working on my case at the national benefits center". My receipt number for my i130 application didn't show any update, so I'm not expecting a green card anytime soon. But my question is has anyone else ever gotten a status update like this and then got there EAD soon after that. Just curious because my DACA EAD expires the end of May. Anyone has any answer, TIA.

If your I-130 is approved, you move on to the next step in the process. Assuming the petitioner is a citizen and you are an immediate relative, you file the associated paperwork with the I-485. Read the instructions on the USCIS website. Typicall it is: Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,
Form I-864, Affidavit of Support,
Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

Be aware that timelines can retrogress. You have to look at the dates when the information was accurate. USCIS has two dates....the case date and then the date of when they were were on such cases.

NBC usually deals with scheduling interviews. Dependent on the backlog at your local office, you are pretty much in queue for that next step.

For NYC, our interview notice is dated Feb 5, 2018. I cant remember when I received it but not long after that, maybe a few days. Our interview was 3/15/18 (our PD was 3/22/17, so almost exactly a year).

It seems like cases in NYC may be slowing down even more (reading others' experiences on different forums). Our interview was only 20 mins long but the officer said they have everything and will review and make a decision in the next 120 days I guess a year wasnt enough. Not sure why they dont take more time to review during the interview itself

I didnt get a status like that but not sure the new USCIS site was available then. How long has it been since your PD? Usually you're supposed to receive EAD in 90-120 days after your PD, if biometrics were taken

You usually get about a month between the notice and interview

My priority date is 03/05/18. Biometrics done 4/5/18. The case update said "your fingerprint review was completed on April 13th" and they are working on my case at the national benefits center. Hoping since my background is clean, they will issue the EAD ASAP, while I wait (hopefully not too long) for the greencard.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was checking my case status using the USCIS case status website and I got the following message:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Should I worry that something may be wrong with my case? Or, do you think its an error in their systems? I have checked this same website on other devices because I thought it was a network error, but it displays the same message on every single device.

Thank you.
