Is this a good thing because eDACA or something similar will be implemented soon?

On Friday, a Justice Department spokesman said the department is reviewing the letter and would not comment.

So I'm kind of hoping Trump orders Sessions to defend DACA forcing Sessions to resign. Actually it's probably a way Sessions could save face since he should have quit after committing perjury during his confirmation hearings.

So we can have another crises like this 2-3 years after? At that point there really won't be any more support for us left because we will have exhausted whatever sympathy the public had for us. Plus they'll say it already given that it'd only last 2-3 years...just look at the haitian tps situation. For them, everyone is like "sucks but it was called tps for a reason and they already knew how long it was for".

That is the only hope. There is something about his actions that tell me he really means what he says on this particular issue.

I think even as stupid as the things he does and says, he has common sense. I can even go as far as to try justify his travel ban as having at least the right intention. I think even Trump understands what DACA really stands for.

We are still back to the problem of DACA being added to the lawsuit. Is there a way to block that from happening? I know lawyers are looking into ways to help us, so I guess we'll see.

I think there could be ways to argue that this lawsuit does not serve the public good etc...

Let me find what I specifically was ruled on DAPA/eDaca. One was for sure the burden of providing state funded driver's licenses.
