I just checked my case status and I was denied.

Really I'm so sorry to hear. Do u have any idea why. Don't give up hope you can always reapply like I did

I applied August 2012 got denied July 2013 because not having enough evidence form 2007-2012. I prepared my package again with more evidence for those years mailed it off in sept 2013. Then I receive a request for more evidence in nov 2013 for the years of 2009-2010. Mail what ever I could find for those years. I was approved dec 2013

I wonder what happens if you re-apply and get denied?

I will wait to tell my family, I feel like if I tell them right now I'll never stop crying withtout being able to stop

feeling sad, my second time applying for daca uscis denied my case again. A least they approved my I-130 there's a little hope at the end of the tunnel.

is that even possible? Why did the deny the first time and the second time? Could you talk about your case, please?

well the first time they sent me a rfe to provided presence in 2007. i did send some rents recipts and a few affridavits. then i was denied the letter say that the evidence i provided wasnt enough. then i decided to aply again in 3 months my case was transfered then i got a rfe, basically the letter say that i need to provide all the evidence again including proof of identity cuz the copy i sent were too dark. so after 2monts in dec 18 i decided to send all the evidence i collected cuz my rfe was due in jan 7. then in jan 7 i received the text msg case status update. when i checked the case it was denied. and thats the whole story.. really sad. im still wating for the letter to see why they denied my case again. :confused

seems simple , not enough evidence 1 2 little pieces wont work , uscis wants to see the effort put into collecting the evidence whether its from something small such as facebook myspace posts to anything strong such as court papers , etc. , its in the effort you put into that they also see ,well depending on the officer is my theory
